With proper care, our extensions will last well over 3 years.

It is important to care for your extensions as you would care for your own natural hair.  The fewer products you use the better.  We believe our extensions perform best when conditioned and left to air dry. Since our extensions are authentic you must keep them moisturized.

a. Shampoo and Conditioner:  We recommend Tresemme Moisture Rich Line
b. Paul Mitchell Skinny or Garnier sleek and shine for frizz
c. Cantu leave-in conditioning cream
d. If you must use mousse we recommend one that is alcohol-free.  We prefer Nairobi foam or Olive Oil Mousse so there is no hard crunchy hold
e. For sheen use a light oil like Biosilk or a generic
f. Denman brush but be sure not to comb or brush your tresses when dry.  Fully saturate your extensions before combing or brushing
g. Satin bonnet or scarf to sleep in
h. Satin pillowcase

Yes, but we recommend using a heat protectant.

Absolutely!  However, we recommend that you have your extensions professionally colored to ensure longevity.

We only sell authentic, raw hair extensions.  There is no grading system for pure virgin extensions. The hair grading system is a tactic used by Chinese suppliers to make you believe you are getting better quality hair extensions.  We do not sell Chinese hair.

Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
